Engage our mail-in repair center

1. Complete the estimate request

  1. Tell us about you and your footwear: Provide your contact information. Describe the issue(s) as best you can. The more details you are able to provide, the better! Click here to access the form.

  2. Attach photos: We require clear photos to best convey the issue and support an accurate estimate. Upload five CLEAR, CLOSE-UP photos of your footwear using the form:
    - One from the Top
    - One of the Bottom (the sole)
    - One of the Left Side
    - One of the Right Side
    -     One of the damage (if not already obvious from other photos)

2. Receive a repair estimate

  1. Our experienced team will carefully review your information.

  2. We'll email you a general estimate for the repair work needed, usually in less than 3 business days.

3. Ship your shoes

  1. Include a printed copy of our estimate in with your footwear. This helps us track your footwear through your specific repair order once it arrives at our workshop.

  2. Package your shoes and use the shipping label we send you (included with the estimate).

  3. Use your preferred shipping method. (You pay the cost of shipping)

4. We repair your shoes and ship them back

  1. Once we receive your shoes, we will thoroughly inspect them and contact you to finalize all the details of your repair.

  2. Then we send you a formal quote. That email will contain:
    -> A final price for the repairs
    -> A secure payment link to pay for the repairs and return shipping*
    -> A link that lets you track the status of the repair(s)

  3. You use the secure payment link to pay for the repairs and return shipping.* The repairs will begin only after payment has been received

  4. We repair your footwear and ship back to you using the best method available, and we email you a shipping tracking link.

    (* Return shipping for Canadian orders over $400 is free)

Important Shipping Information

  • INTERNATIONAL: Be sure to label your package: USED FOOTWEAR FOR REPAIR. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"

  • Pack your footwear into as few packages as possible. (More packages = higher shipping cost)

Return Shipping and Handling Cost Estimates (per package)

  • Repair orders exceeding $400 qualify for FREE return shipping within Canada

  • Greater Vancouver (including up to Pemberton and to Hope): $25

  • Sunshine Coast and Okanagan Region: $30

  • Vancouver Island: $35

  • Rest of British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon: $40

  • North West Territories and Nunavut: $60 

  • Rest of Canada: $45

  • USA: $75 (please note: any additional fees incurred because of Cross Border Shipping will be charged to you)

USA based shipments

For all USA based shipments, please make sure you do not declare any value on your shipment. This will create additional costs that will be added onto your repair invoice.
