For those who live outside Vancouver or find it a challenge to make it into the shop, we are happy to receive your shoes by mail.
Send your footwear
For mail-in orthopedic services, send your footwear to The Cobbler at the address below. Include your prescription, completed by a foot-care professional, along with your name, return address and telephone number in the package with your shoes.
As soon as we receive your footwear at the shop, we will contact you to discuss your modifications.

If you would like a price quote before sending footwear for modification, contact our team with a detailed description of the work needed, pictures of your shoes or boots, and a scan of your prescription.
Shipping & return delivery
The Cobbler’s current mail-in shipping policy applies to Northopedic work. Canadian orders over $400 qualify for free return shipping. You pay the cost of sending footwear to us.
Pack your footwear into as few packages as possible. Return shipping and handling estimates are calculated per package; current regional rates and the full repair, quotation and payment process are maintained on our shared mail-in page.

For footwear sent from outside Canada, clearly label your package: USED FOOTWEAR FOR REPAIR. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. Clients outside North America need to arrange their own preferred shipping method.
